Elektro modeli / Odg: delta mix- pomoć

DELTA MIX:

You mean you need a mix to get delta mix going with this transmitter and two servos in total?

That's pretty easy. Let me explain;

First off all you need to add a new model to your transmitter and give it a proper name ('wing' / 'Stryker' / 'F27' or whatever makes sense to you).

Turn your transmitter on. Hold [menu] button to get to the main MENU.

Select [SYSTEM] by pressing menu shortly. You're now in the [system setting] menu.

Select [mode select] (which actually means model select, same is true for mode name, it's model name) and choose an empty model slot.

Now make sure your model is in the appropriate stick mode first (mode 1 or 2 usually). I fly with throttle and rudder on my left stick, so that's stick mode 2.

Remember, shortly pressing [menu] is like [enter] on a PC most of the time and usually you will have to confirm the setting by shortly pressing [menu].

Go to [stick set] and choose the stick mode you need, usually mode 2.

Press [menu] shortly when it asks to 'reverse throttle'. You will need to check this setting later in the 'servo reverse' or [reverse] menu of the model settings later though.

When still in the [system setting] menu you need to make sure the mode type is set to Glider, so go to [type select]. And select the Glider.

Then make sure the modulation mode is correctly. In the [system setting] menu go to [Modevat] this should be PPM.

Now it's time to change the model name to something different than Turnigy.

Go to [system setting] menu again if you aren't there already, hold [menu], press[menu] to go to [system] and then go to [mode name].

To change a letter you need to first select a letter by using
  • or [-].
[UP] and [DN] are used to select the spot where the letter will come.
Holding [menu] will change the letter.

When you're done typing the name, press [menu] shortly to confirm the name.

Okey, now it's time to go to [func setting] or what I'd call model settings.

If you're lost at this point, just press [exit] until you're out of all the menus. Hold [menu] again and press [DN] to select [func setting], then press [menu] to enter it.

Now you will need to check the channel or servo [REVERSE] menu. I have everything on 'normal', which looks like a black bar to the left side. The only thing 'rev' or reversed is the ARB or throttle channel. This is pretty important, because otherwise the plane might throttle up!

To get delta mixing going, you will need to go to the [ELEVON] menu. This is located on page two of [FUNC SETTING]. Scroll down and to it and press [MENU].

Now change to the following;

STATE: ACT
AIL1: -100 -100
AIL2: -100 -100
ELE1: 100
ELE2: -100

Remember to confirm by pressing [menu] shortly for each setting and only use [EXIT] to exit a menu when you've saved or confirmed the change. [EXIT] is usually used to exit without saving changes!

You might have to change the 100 or -100 value to either a positive or negative 100 value for it to mix correctly in your particular plane. This is because servos might be installed with servo arms to the other side or you might have the left wing servo plugged into ELEVATOR (channel 1) instead of AILERON (channel 2) on your receiver or vice versa.

If you need more help with that, just let me know.
